Resolved nuisance screen

    I have Windows 7 on my computer. Frequently when I try to click open a web site a screen comes up stating "A website wants to open the web site using this program on your computerâ€. Then I have two choices: "Allow" or "Don't Allow ". This is a nuisance screen. What could I do to avoid getting this screen? Thank you very much. Stang

    Control Panel->User Access COntrol->Lower the Security Setting
