nuisance screen

    I have Norton AntiVirus 2008 installed on my Windows XP computer. Frequently from my taskbar a screen comes up stating that my computer is being attacked by a virus or worm, although my Norton is set up to destroy any incoming virus or worm. This screen is annoying to me. How can I stop that screen from showing up? Thank you very much.

    Open the program. There are setting in the options section re displaying those alerts. The notifications can be disabled.
