I'm running XP Home on a Sharp AL27 Laptop with Athlon 64-processor 2700+ and 60Gb HD partitioned into C and D with FAT32

What problems or disadvantages might I encounter by changing to NTFS?

You have the possibility of destroying everything on the hard drive since it's doing a MAJOR change:eek:

I've done it a few dozen times and have never had a problem. Then again, I backup my important stuff.
