NTFS vs FAT32, copy NTFS to CD, read on computer with FAT32??

    Question: If you copy driver files to CD from XP Home that is using NTFS, should a machine running FAT32 be able to read the disc?

    .... because the CD has it's own (universal) format: CDFS
