    Hey...

My company is gonna update our server from NT4.0 to
Win2003, but all of workstations still stay in NT4.0. My questions are: when I create some group policy in Win2003, do they effect in all workstations ? and anyone can tell me any good reasons to do this without upgrading workstations, too ? Because I think only change the server doesn't help that much when we still use NT4.0 for workstations. Thank You.

I think you will find that the majority of GPO's in windows 2003 need win2000 as a minimum to take effect...might have trouble there.

That is a pretty useless upgrade if they're hoping to get any of the good things that AD offers. Get those workstations upgraded! :)
