NS7 Spellchecker Download Loop ?

Trying to download spellcheckers for other languages for use with mail in NS7.

From the Compose window, I select the spell checker icon from the toolbar, then use the pull-down menu displaying the current language to select "Download More ".

At this point I get a browser window that seems to be caught in an infinite download loop; it starts to download something from site A, then appears to flip to site B, then back to site A, etc. This cycle takes well under 1 second on a T1 connection so it's a bit hard to see what's going on, but I think it's flipping between www.netscape.com and wp.netscape.com.

Can anyone recreate this problem?
More to the point, can anyone redirect me to the download site for foreign language dictionaries?

I found this information on Holger Metzger's Site:

New Spellcheckers

You can also use the old Netscape 4 spellcheckers by copying them into the Netscape 7 spellchecker directory:
\Netscape\Netscape 7\components\spellchecker
