My OS crashed so we saved the important files off it, like the address book, etc. Now I'm reloading everything onto a new hard drive, but I can't figure out which file is the right address book and where to copy the file to so that I have my address book in my profile (same thing with the Favorites folder). Can anyone help?

It will depend on the profile location ,but you will need, most likely to create a new profile, into which you can copy/paste the necessary files. The Favorites, or better known as Bookmarks, are would be in a file called bookmarks.html.
I don't know what you mean by right address book. It depends if you have a very simple set up. In such case an abook.mab file should be enough. If more complexe system was used, then you may have also impab.mab files.
