Two questions on NS 7.01 mail.

1/ Is there a way to surpress the printing of the headers. Soemtimes with all the headers and forwarding information there multiple pages of that, and less then a page of the message.

2/ HTML inVers 7.01 doesn't beheave the same as it did in 6.0 for me. I can do blod, underline, italic and font size changes, but my font choices is limited to three. In 6.0 I was able to choose from many.

Is it my imagination, or something I've set up wrong, or is the 7.0 mail less powerful then 6.0?

    Hi Cal,

    1. View | Headers | Normal

    This setting will print only:
    Subject
    From
    Date
    To

    2. Netscape 7.01 Mail is no comparison to 6.x Mail. It has improved tremendously in this Version. Here is a hint for changing fonts in email, that I found on the Netscape NG:

    I'm lost Ramona.

Under PREFERENCES, I don't see a HEADERS listing.

Concerning HTML. I found what you meant, but unless I was drinking or smoking something strange when I used version 6, I thought I remember being able to select the fonts and font charecteristics by simply highlighting and selecting what I wanted.

    Hi Cal,

Under Preferences, you won't see a listing for Headers...

    The location is:
    View | Headers | Normal

My apology for confusing you, and I have changed the original post from Preferences to View, in order not to confuse anyone else!!!

Netscape 6 had only 3 fonts available, as does Netscape 7... Maybe you're remembering Communicator?

    Thanks

    Thanks Ramona,

    Apprciate the Headers answer.

And perhaps you're right about my memory confusing NS6 & Communicator.

I sure hope NS does get true HTML into the mail. It's about the only thing I would desire being added.
