now upgrade SP2 to 64bit?

    Hi guys, I am used windows xp pro sp2 (32bit)

    I checked , windows XP SP2(32bit/64bit) is write-off.
    now only last SP3.

    but I need used RAM over 3GB, only choose 64bit windows.

    (1) windows XP PRO SP2 (32bit) can free/paid upgrade to XP PRO SP2 (64bit)

    (2) used (64bit) system, maybe something unknown problem ?

    (3) SP3 is not provide 64bit?

    Not possible, Windows XP Professional 64 bit requires a clean install and should NEVER be used by anyone. If you want to run 64 bit, you'll need Windows 7.

    Windows XP Professional x64 is at SP2 (shares code-base with Windows Server 2003).
