    Hi there

I wonder if some1 can help me with a problem i am having?

i often play an online game in my browser and recently when i click on a link it will go to the new page... but if i click on that same link a little bit later it will revert to the identical page that loaded up earlier.... ie i have to press ctrl+f5 to get the latest page

this could happen if i was on this forum and went to another topic and then came back to this topic.... if some1 had replied i would only see it if i came here and then pressed ctrl+f5

    Thanx

Internet Explorer has Tools->Options->Setting button-> "Check for new pages everytime I visit." I would imagine FF has a similar option.

Type about:config into the location bar and press Enter. This brings up a list or preferences.
Paste browser.cache.check_doc_frequency into "Filter" field, its default value is 3 which means Firefox should check for a new version of the page when the page is out of date.
Try double-clicking on this and change its value to 1, this will make Firefox check for a new version every time a page is loaded.
