    Hello,

I recently posted that I was looking for a pop up killer and a member here told me to look into Netscape Navigator. I did and decided to try out Netscape browser 7.1. I am liking it so far but have run into a problem recently. I was or still am a IE 6.0 user as well. Here is the problem I am having... I logged onto WindowsBBS.com to thank the people the got me to Netscape as it is working very well with the pop up problem but when I tried to post I keep getting told that I am not logged on or do not have accsess to that page. If I use IE 6.0 like I am now to post I have no problems. Did I mess up in a settings somewhere? Can someone enlighten me?

    Regards,

    FireDancer

If you want to be automatically logged in each time you come here, you have to have cookies enabled for something other than the current session. You must also NOT have this site on your "cookies sites" list (sites that cannot set cookies) -check in Tools/Cookie Manager, Cookies Sites tab..

Here are my cookie settings in Mozilla 1.0.1. Netscape 7.1 should be similar:
Edit, Preferences, under Privacy and Security, Cookies:
-Enable Cookies for the originating website only
-Disable cookies in Mail and Newsgroups
-Limit maximum lifetime of cookies to....... (90 days)
