Not receiving E-Mail msgs

    Help! I have a friend who just changed to a new ISP and is having trouble with his outlook express. For some reason
    he is not receiving any E-Mail that's being sent to him. I know that people have his correct new E-Mail address, I tried sending him a message and that was never received. He can send E-Mail messages to others with out a problem, but E-Mail to him is lost somewhere out in space. What do I need to check
    out to help correct his problem?

    Tell him to open OE, go to tools, accounts, click the mail tab, highlight his new ISP, click on properties, servers. Have him check his incoming mail server setting. For most ISPs, it is the same as outgoing, if he doesnt know the correct settings, he needs to contact his new ISP. Also have him send an email to himself for testing.

    Does his ISP have a spam filter? If so, he needs to figure out how to access it for his account and start putting "authorized" addressed in the approved list so they'll get delivered.
