Norton live update: error

    norton live update shows the following message when trying to install updates.

    AV:LU1806: LiveUpdate was not able to install any of the 2 updates that you selected. For more information please click the "+" sign next to the update(s) that did not install. All available updates were selected.

    IDS Program Updates:
    LU1848: Couldn't create callback object.

    So you removed and reinstalled Norton and no change?

    What OS are you using and what Norton version?
