Norton Ghost 2003 help

I cannot get it to image my drive.
I get to dos and the floppy runs and does it stuff, gets a connection to the server then loads ghost.exe, but it just loads the blue/grey ghost screen. No options nothing.... if you press a couple of buttons the machine continually beeps until restarted...

Ne ideas?

 

a server i run on my network, it all works fine it connect to the remote server but when it loads ghost its just a blue/grey ghost screen with nothing on it.
p.s this is with windows xp and i heard 2003 was the only one to support it. i also know it does work this way because we do it at work.
