    Hello all:

I am new to Windows BBS, and have a question regarding batch file processing.

I am familiar with DOS batch files, but I am looking for something more sophisticated.

If you have ever used WilsonWare WinBatch, it is an interpreter, and also a compiler to run batch files within Windows. It has many windows options not available in DOS.

Is there a way, in WIn7, to run non DOS batch files, or scripts, to automate processes like opening windows, answering questions within those windows, sending keystrokes to windows, etc., similar to WinBatch?

If Win7 had a native way to do that would be great, or else is there a freeware program to do something like that.

WinBatch is now not free, and $100 is a bit over the top for me.

    Thanks, Mark.
