I bought a new LG 460, 64 bit notebook with Windows Home and Student 2007Vista (I upgraded to SP2) one month ago. No Matter what question I ask the help box, the response is "Help Topic Not Found.
    This content under construction.
We were unable to retrieve the requested topic. "

I asked my service tech and he said they are upgrading. I asked if millions of people are without Windows help and support right now? He said "yes ". I don't believe him.

I am such a newbie. Can anyone help me? Will installing Windows 7 get rid of the problem or should I fix the problem first?

    Any help appreciated.
