no valid character files (*.acs)

    i use a program called Speak, all of a sudden it wont load, and i am getting the error messase no valid character files (*.acs) found at C:\WINDOWS\MSAGENT\chars\ the characters are in the msagent file why wont it load?

    Double check that pathway. Right click on the files and check they have a version tab and correct information. There was mention of malware in the search I did. Post a Hijack This log in the Security Forum and ask if they could check it.

    I think I would try uninstalling and reinstalling the Speak program, although it seems to use the MSAGENT program, so try reinstalling that or updating it.
