When I hit the CTRL-ALT-DEL buttons and get the Task Manager window there is NO title bar or menu on top! Also, no tabs so I only see the current running tasks and can't switch in that window. Anyone know why this is occuring? I couldn't find anything on MS's site regarding this bug.

    thx,

That's not a bug. Just double click anywhere on the grey frame, and it will all appear.
