No sound in OE6 e-mails

Hello, All -

My in-laws are having some trouble hearing the sound included in some of their e-mails. They have forwarded a few of them to me and I hear the sounds just fine.

I have looked and can't find any settings to change and I'm now at a loss. They can hear anything else containing sound on their computer. The only thing that seems to be affected is Outlook Express. Any ideas?

Okay - It's been more than 24 hours and nobody has posted a reply. So . . . .

I think I'll take the offending computer about 35 yards out into the woods and shoot it with my 10 GA. Booooom!
