When I boot up I get 2 seccessive mesages:
    1. Can not find the MSINFO.EXE file (or one of it's components)
    2. Could not load or run MSINFO.exe specified in the WIN.INI file.

Can anyone tell me where I can get a patch to load to fix this?

    Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!

MSINFO.EXE is not a Windows file.
You have a trojan. It specifically can be removed using the CoolWebShredder at this site
    http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/cwshredder.zip
    Read about it first at
    www.spywareinfo.com/articles/cws
However, do you also have antivirus and spyware detector programs installed and with latest updates? You should to avoid this sort of thing in the future.
Post back if you need help in finding good programs of this type.
