Windows Vista No Logon server available to service log on request

Hi,
one of our users is getting this message when attempting to log on to her vista business laptop locally eg:laptop7\username and password.

She can however log on using cached credentials as domain\user and password, even though she is not physically connected to the network.

It's always worked fine til Friday and as far as i'm aware nothing has changed. The local account on the laptop has the password it always had but just won't allow her to login locally.
Any help would be appreciated.

Bringing out the computer from the domain, rebooting & then joining the domain again usually fixes this problem. Try it.
