I am trying to use Outlook Express (IE6) and choose "Ivy" for my default letter. No graphic shows up on any letter. Tried to reinstall Win98 and that did not help. I was hooked up to Earthlink and installed "Total Access ". After getting rid of Earthlink and Total Access, my Win98 went nuts. Hope there is a simple cure to get graphics back. Checked the advance options and there is a check mark by "show pictures ". Would like to get help before having to format C: and start over.

Are you sure OE is looking at the correct stationery folder -
    usually Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft\ Shared\Stationery ?

    NO Graphics

    Yes, that is correct.

Tried reinstalling windows, but it did not work. Took off Propel from ISPWest and Total Access from Earthlink. That's when it started messing everything up.

When I send email, no graphic. But when I receive it then the graphic or stationary shows up. I am also using Incredimail and the same thing happens there too.
