Resolved No color / theme in Seamonkey except photos

Seamonkey / Newer Windows 7 PC (Owned for 2 years but never set it up):

Yahoo home page & web pages have no color or themes except the photos... Just white with black lettering and black rimmed white boxes. Yahoo search works fine but pages come up with no colors.

I uninstalled Seamonkey and re-installed the latest version. Same problem. I've tried Windows, Yahoo & Att help, etc. No solution.

I can open Yahoo & pages in Explorer. Colors are fine.

In SeaMonkey, under

Edit > Preferences > Appearance > Colors >

When a web page provides its own colors and background​

are the following two choices:

• Always use the colors and background specified by the web page
• Use my chosen colors, ignoring the colors and background image specified

Sounds like you may have the second one selected.

I went to the preferences box a dozen times but missed opening Appearance.
