No Back up utility in XP system tools

    Hello:
    My hard drive is on the fritz and I was going to use a new WD 320GB Passport for back up using XP home edition SP3--rather than Nero as in the past. But, as I went to programes>accessories>system tools, there is no back up utility listed. I tried to find it on the Dell install DVD to no avail. Not listed as a dwnld w/MS either. Please advise.

    Use Windows to back up your computer

    No backup in Home, in Pro by default - use your CD to install in Home.
