NN 4.77 -- how to read full header info

Hello,
communicator 4.77...
for more than 1 week, 3-5 klezPositive messages from the same domain...
i would like to alert the sender and don't know how to proceed with the full header information.
(view | headers | all)
i don't know whether it is ok to post <ONLY> the header info in this group (i've limited inComing mail to 50 kbs so these messages (the bodies) are on my isp's server) --
note the source is a valid domain...but they don't answer...

i apologize if i should be posting in the virus forum...
the page source shows the same received: from etc... data but it also shows the name.extension of the attachment!
the (view | headers | normal) normal header "from" is garbage on all of them...

QUESTION: how can i interpret the header info from NN 4.77 mail assuming that i want to trace the origin in general... of *ANY* email?
