NIS 03 blocks internet access

    After installing Norton Internet Security 2003, I can't get on internet. If I disable the Norton firewall and/or Norton anti virus, I still can't get on. I've pinged my dsl server & that's working fine. I have to completely remove NIS and reboot. Then I can access the internet.
    I've done all the things Norton recommends & nothing has helped.
    Anyone have a clue?
