Resolved Nikon ViewNX software won't open

    I have Windows Vista on a Gateway Desktop and it shuts down my Nikon ViewNX program when I try to open it. It lists (2) .txt files and a .mdmp file as possible problems. I have tried to delete these files and reopen ViewNX but it still does not work. Also unistalled and reinstalled the program with the CD that came with my camera. This program works fine on my laptop. Any suggestions?

    I suggest you remove your version & either download the latest build of Nikon View NX (1.5.2) or go for ViewNX 2 instead.

    Thanks Arie. I removed my version and installed ViewNX2. Its working great.
