Well, I just found out that the domain name for the company I bought my pc from, has been dropped or discontinued... Purchaced on ebay, the nextiapc.com website was accessable for as long as I seemed to need it. I haven't tried to go there in a while, and it comes up as discontinued, or not renewed domain name. Has any one else heard of "Business Solutions" line of com puters bundled by a company called NEXTIA ? where can I find something similar to a "forwarding address? The documentation for the hardware boasted reliability with "We guarentee to be there when you need us ".It just makes me a little nervous that the company that sold me my hardware didn't keep it's dot com address. any NEXTIA pc owners out there????

The website disappearing or not being maintained is often the canary in the mine. I found some support for an old Packard-Bell in Singapore. Perhaps Asia is the place to look for any remaining traces of support for your PC.

They will always be there for you; they just don't say where "there" is.

.... "The website disappearing or not being maintained is often the canary in the mine." ?? What the heck does that mean? They drop their namesake website to see how many people complain??
It's not that I need support, it's what if I did?
    Feeling I've been swindled,.........sidermike
