Hello Everyone

I am new at this and would like to invite all the help you can provide. I joined because wanted to get some feedback/help on a new problem I am experiencing.

I have Vista as an operating system. All of a sudden when I closing the Internet, another window opens. I can not remember if I install a new browser and since I have not been actively like I used to working on my computer I am kind of rusty with what to do to resolve this problem. I do not want to restore from a certain point in fear that I might make things worst.
