I've started out with Eudora. Changed to IncrediMail. Had some problems so decided to used Outlook Express. I'm a brand new user of OE.
When clicking on "Create Mail," the menu that pops up is always small. How can I fix that so it comes up in full page mode each time?
Second, I send out a couple of lists which I put the master address in Bcc. In OE I have to first click on the "Tool" menu and then click on "Select Recipients" before I can get to the Bcc locale to put my master address into it. Is there a short cut?

RR36--To set the size of the CreateMail window you could try
    1) When you open the window, click the "box/in box" icon (Maximize/Restore) at the top right of the window. Does that create the size window you want? If so, hold down Shift and click on the X at the top right. With luck, the next time you open CreateMail it will open in the size you have set. (See 2) for fine tuning.)
    2) When you open CreateMail, look at the very bottom right of the window. You should see some dots. Click on them and drag the window to the size you want. (Or for find tuning, pass your mouse cursor over the horizontal and vertical sides of the window. When you see the double arrow, click and drag the window to the size you want.) Hold down the Shift key and click on the X at the top right. Again, with luck, the next time you open CreateMail it will open in the size you have set.
Concerning your second question, I am not sure I understand the situation. Or do you mean CreateMail does not offer you a Bcc line? If so click View|All Headers.

    Thanks

Thanks Welchjim. That did the trick. I figured it was something simple, but it was too hard for this simple minded individual to figure out. Thanks again.

For the BCC thing, click on the view menu and select all headers. If you don't uncheck it again, the BCC box should be available each time you select create new mail.
