New member!

I have been involved with computers for 25+ years. I have a fair amount of experience as head of Network and PC Support for a company with approx 2000 PC's and 700 miles of routed fiber network. I retired in 1999 and have since become more of a user than an expert.
My wife and I have a WiFi network with a Dell Dimension 8400 running XP SP3 and a HP notebook w/ Vista. Both have 3 GB RAM and 160 GB drives. In addition each has a shared printer, Canon Pixma ip4000 and Epson CX5400. Also, have a 500 GB and 160 GB external USB 2 drives for backup.

Having been away from the heavy tech stuff for 9 years, I need a good, reputable source of tech support which I hope will be WindowsBBS. Have not had great experiences w/Dell support and haven't used HP's yet.
