New member says hi to all

What an excellent forum. My first computer was a Sinclair, then a ibm pc jr, etc, up to a Dell Dimension 2400 and a Dell Optiplex 60. I'm a 75 year old retired mechanical engineer with teen age grand children that help me stay current in this technically explosive era. I post on fixyourownprinter and a gunsmithing forum but since my major problems are dealing with Winxp (home & pro) I'll spend most of my time here.
