New member in the Ranks.

Good evening Folks,My name is marc Stacer, but call me Scrapiron for sure. I'm new at this all though I'm 73 and I myself a beginner in computers but I go all the way back to windows 95 Now I'm running XP home and for the most part I'm happy with it. . .I'm running a brand new computer not a brand name but close .the motherboard is ASUS M2N-VM DVI with a AMD 6400 dual core
with 2 hard drives and 2Gigs of Ram Its mostly for home use but Ihave my Farm records on it to. . .Fact Ive had it less then a month and Im still finding my way around it. . . and theres a few problems I'm trying to square away but I'll bring that up Later as soon as I go through Aries check list, ( I don't want to goof up the first time out of the box. . .So let me post this and get on with it.
