New Here - will need help as i go along

Hi Everyone,

I am a system administrator for an organisation in Brisbane Australia. We have 26 users and 5 servers. we are in the Leisure Lifestyle business (giving financial benefits to members).

I have been working in the I.T. Industry since 1987. i have gained all my knowledge through on the job experience. i'm the first I.T. Specialist the organisation has employed and have been doing the job here for nearly 2 years.

We have upgraded our systems and software over the last two years - this includes installing and implementing SAP, new website and installing Citrix server and IP phone system.
