new harrdisk, use what type of format?

    hi guys, what type of format , new 3.5" normal desktop harddisk. (not ssd harddisk)

    I known type of format:
    low format: not suggest?
    normal format: suggest?
    quick format: unknown?


    if that new harddisk, use what type of format maybe good ?

    thanks for you , choose what type format ? some people said "quick format" not suggest .

    if have time, choose "normal format" maybe good choice.

    right?

    You will not go wrong with a full format, but if it is a new drive a quick format is enough IMO.
