My name is Rick and I am a long way from a computer brainiack. I was searching for help and was linked to this site. I hope it works.

I had a laptop with windows XP. The mother board fried, so I baught a new computer with Windows Vista. I have removed the hard drive from the old computer. I have a SATA/IDE to USB 2.0 adaptor. How can I access the old hard drive to download files to my new computer.
