New guy...and in trouble already!!

I have been lurking for a bit as this forum really has alot of info that a novice like me can use.

I am retired from 40 years in the auto industry and try to keep up with the tech stuff as much as I can. As a person on a fixed income, I need to do as much work on my equipment as possible...that's my main reason for hangin' out here.

I hope I can learn a bit and maybe even contribute something from time to time.
