    Hi people
    Im trying to help another person. Is their a recent virus that exibits symtoms by not alowing us to create new folder on desktop or within another?

    Don't know about any such but it is certainly possible.

    Why not take the precaution of running a couple of the online scanners and see if they pick up a critter.
