New and hopeless kid on block

    Hi - am busy part time working mum to two kids - one of whom is partially sighted. Am always struggling to stay one step ahead of her complex IT needs usually by some trial and a lot of error. Recently had a grant for a new computer which is XP and I installed MS Office 2003 on it - have since been going mad :(especially with Outlook so any replies to my questions would be much appreciated. :)
