Network Windows 3.11 & XP Pro computers together

    OK, I have a windows XP Pro machine that I want to network the to my computer running Windows 3.11, so I can share files between the two. Does anyone know the process I have to go through to get these two networked together? They both have 10/100 network cards and are both plugged in through my router, but I have no clue what I am sposed to do on the Win 3.11 computer to get it setup, any ideas?
