Log onto the motherboard manufacturer's website and download and install the chipset and other drivers, including the NIC driver.

If the NIC is not onboard you will need to download the driver from the card manufacturer's website - card details in Device Manager.

If you do not know the make & model no. of the mobo use SIW > Hardware

Surely - as an 'Experienced' user you would know that you can download the drivers on another computer, save to a pen drive or even burn to CD and transfer them to the problematic computer?
