First, click Start > Find > Files or Folders and type *.pwl, make sure drive C: is selected and click Find Now.... Delete all that it finds.

Next, right click on Network Neighborhood and select Properties

Where it says Primary Network Logon: make sure it says Windows Logon

Click OK and reboot, you may have to hit Enter or click OK on the login window after the first reboot but as long as the password is left blank and you don't hit escape or cancel then the next time you reboot the login window should be bypassed.

For future reference a quick search on this site would have found quite a few references to this same question and would save you time in waiting for a response. Some people get tired of answering the same questions over and over again which would cause an even longer wait for a response.
