    Is there a specific reason you want to have traffice displayed in MB/s instead of Mb/s.

    1 byte = 8 bits
    1 B = 8 b

    The network monitor is a percentage graph which is a more accurate display of traffic.

    10Mb = 1.2 MB Full speed w/ burst
    100Mb = 12 MB Full speed w/ burst
    1000Mb/1Gb = 120 MB Full speed w/ burst

    On average you can usually get about 60-80% usage. Windows has a small transmit window.

    Hope this informations helps to some degree.
