[NetUP.exe application error]

    Any ideas what NetUP.exe application error is ?

    Looks like NetUP is "...a program that will count the amount of bytes received and sent through any network interface. ".

    "NetUP.exe" would then be the file used to start the program.

    Apparently, it's not working correctly (or maybe not at all) on your computer. You could try uninstalling and reinstalling it if you want to keep it or just uninstalling (Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs) if you don't want to keep it.
