    Is Netscape's website building utility available anywhere at all, or is it a dead herring needing to be buried and forgotten ? :confused:

    Composer

    Netscape composer installs with communicator. Although I'm not sure about version 6.
    Composer has a few bugs when using certain tags in the extra html option. Saving the page with composer still seems to be the easiest way to ensure that it will display in all browsers.

    Were you by chance referring to Site Central, where you edit your Netscape personal Web Pages? If so, it no longer exists, but information is available HERE on the location of the new area used to build personal web pages, called My Webpage.
