Netscape profile problems

    I have a user who while using netscape and multiple other programs his machine blue screened. Since then everytime he opens netscape the create new profile wizard pops up. I have uninstalled and installed netscape w/ no luck of correcting the problem. The user is admin over the PC. Machine is running W2K, Netscape version 4.78. Anyone know of a fix? Thank you in advance!
