 Trying to figure out how to have Messenger capture certificates for signed emails sent ???

When receiving signed w/ certificate emails, the certs do not appear in the certs store...

Also, is there a way to shut the multiple windows that seem to appear when using messenger? The program opens a new window for each action. At times, 3-4 windows of messenger will be open...

    Thanks

    Welcome to the Forum, rshishido!

    Hi rshishido,

The certificates, should be found in:
    Edit | Preferences | Privacy & Security | Certificates
    Manage Certificates
    Other People's

if you have configured these settings. Are you saying that you have configured the settings and the received encrypted Mail Certificates are still not captured?

For your open windows, try disabling this setting and see if it helps:

    Edit | Preferences | Advanced | Scripts & Plugins
Disable: Open a link in a new window
This setting will require restarting Netscape in order for it to take effect.

Post back with any further questions,

    Ramona :D
