My mail won't all load, and I can't send email. My wife can get her email on her computer (networked). I can't get my email on her computer. I get a password box, that doesn't relate to me. It has my id numbers in it, not my email address. It isn't listed on my account manager. Any idea's.

First off, which version of Netscape are you running? This will help in determining what could be wrong with the system.

I believe it's 7.0, not sure right now. But, it's not the last release as of last week.

Try doing a search for index.msf on the hard drive. When you find it, delete it (Make sure that you have the one with .msf as the extension. The one without an extension has your actual messages in it)

Also, check in the stored passwords section of Edit -- Preferences -- Prviacy & Security -- Passwords -- Manage Stored Passwords. You may want to delete the stored passwords for your email.

Maybe Ramona has a few more suggestions on this. She is very good. I will ask her to stop by and give it a look.

    Edit:

That was supposed to be inbox.msf instead of index.msf. Sorry about that.
