Netscape email

    I use Netscape for email only. I am able to receive mail and access it but suddenly I cannot forward, reply, get preference's or Help. When I try to do this, I get a red circle with a line through it. I recently installed Mailwasher but I had it before and it did not effect my Netscape mail

    ladeyluck,

    The first thing that I would try is creating another profile. If the new profile works, your original profile must have been corrupted in the installation of the mailwasher program. If that's the case, just let us know what version you are using and we should be able to get your emails and address book moved over to the new profile.
