netscape 7. building summary file

    Hi!
    It's happened more than one time that netscape messenger (version 7) when connects to mail file like inbox but also to other mail folders is very slow and writes on the bar "building summary file ". How to avoid it? It's because it's a corrupted file? and how to fix this problem. It's happened to more than a profile and folder! Please help me.

    Hi frederico,

    Close Netscape:
    Open Windows Explorer and browse to your Mail Folder.
    Delete all MSF files.
    Do NOT delete files without the MSF extension

    Let us know whether or not this helps, or If you continue to have problems.
